STL, OBJ, and 3MF, up to 100MB per file. If your design is in another format (STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360), export it to STL first, most CAD tools have a built-in export option.

The estimate on the quote form is a ballpark based on print volume and time. Your final price may differ slightly based on support complexity, post-processing, and current material costs, and we will always confirm before printing.

Yes. Orders of 10+ units of the same item get a discount automatically. For larger runs or recurring orders, mention it in your quote notes and we will work something out.

You can cancel or modify your order any time before printing starts. Once production has begun the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, since material and machine time are already committed, but a genuine quality issue is always covered by our reprint guarantee.

Yes, pick from the color options on the quote form or describe what you are after in the notes. For an exact match, include a reference image and we will get as close as our stock allows.

Not by default. The layered nature of FDM printing makes most prints unsuitable for direct, repeated food contact even in food-safe filaments. Ask us if your project needs this, since resin and certain coatings can change the answer.

We check every file for printability before quoting; non-manifold geometry, walls that are too thin, and similar issues get flagged in your quote notes, and minor fixes are often handled at no extra charge.

Currently we ship within the US and Canada only. Local pickup is also available by appointment for customers near Saint Albans, Maine.

Custom prints are made to order and are non-refundable once production starts, but any genuine defect is covered by our reprint guarantee, just reach out with photos within 7 days of delivery.

You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check status any time on our order tracking page with the code from your confirmation email.
