Returns & Refunds Policy

NOTICE: Because Eric's 3D Services provides custom-manufactured goods based on customer specifications, all sales are considered final. Please review the specific conditions below.

1. General "No-Return" Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of 3D printing, items are custom-made to order and cannot be resold. Therefore, Eric's 3D Services does not accept returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" cancellations once production has commenced. We do not offer refunds for items that the customer "no longer wants" or "ordered by mistake."

2. Non-Refundable Design & Labor

Any fees associated with 3D modeling, file repair, or custom slicing are strictly non-refundable. These fees represent payment for time and labor already expended, regardless of the final physical outcome or customer satisfaction with the design aesthetics.

3. Customer-Provided Files

We are not responsible for the failure of a print due to design flaws in the file provided by the customer. Refunds or free reprints will not be issued if:

We take pride in our work, but 3D printing is an additive process that may include minor cosmetic variations. A refund or reprint will only be considered if there is a **Major Manufacturing Defect** (e.g., significant layer separation or incorrect material usage).

In the rare event that a refund is authorized, it will be issued to the original payment method, minus a **20% processing and material waste fee**. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
