Because our products involve specialized manufacturing, processing times are divided into two categories:
We utilize the following carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
Due to complex state-level legislation regarding 3D-printed items, "unserialized" manufacturing, and evolving plastic regulations, Eric's 3D Services does not ship any physical goods to the following states:
Reasoning:
These states have enacted specific statutes (such as California's SB 1327 and New York's S2998A) that impose strict liability and administrative requirements on out-of-state additive manufacturers. To ensure full compliance with federal and state laws, we have elected to restrict all shipping to these regions.
Any orders placed with a shipping address located in these states will be cancelled immediately and refunded, minus any non-refundable third-party transaction fees.
Future Reconsideration:
Eric's 3D Services monitors state-level legislative developments closely. Should the aforementioned states fail to pass these bills, or if the laws are amended to exclude the types of services we provide, we may reconsider and resume shipping to those jurisdictions. We reserve the right to update this list at any time based on the current legal landscape.
Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded, minus any non-refundable third-party transaction fees.
We take great care in packaging our prints to survive the journey, but we understand that accidents happen during transit.
Eric's 3D Services is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
