1. Processing & lead times
Because our products involve specialized manufacturing, processing times are divided into two categories:
- Catalog orders: items ordered directly from our pre-designed catalog typically ship within 2-4 business days.
- Custom prints: processing for custom uploads depends on size, material, and complexity. Most custom projects ship within 3-7 business days.
- Rush service: need it faster? We offer a 48-hour rush production service for an additional 25% fee on the total order cost, moving your project to the front of our print queue.
2. Carriers & tracking
We use the following carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
- Tracking: once your order is packaged and a label is created, a tracking number is automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout.
- Local pickup: customers in the Saint Albans, Maine area may opt for free local pickup. We'll contact you to coordinate a window once your order is ready.
3. Restricted shipping states
Due to state-level legislation regarding 3D-printed items, unserialized manufacturing, and evolving plastic regulations, we do not currently ship physical goods to:
Currently restricted
California
New York
New Jersey
Delaware
Why: these states have enacted statutes, such as California's SB 1327 and New York's S2998A, that impose strict liability and administrative requirements on out-of-state additive manufacturers. To stay fully compliant with federal and state law, we've elected to restrict shipping to these regions for now.
Orders placed with a shipping address in a restricted state will be cancelled and refunded, minus any non-refundable third-party transaction fees.
We monitor state-level legislative developments closely. If these bills fail to pass, or are amended to exclude the types of services we provide, we may resume shipping to those jurisdictions. This list may be updated at any time based on the current legal landscape.
4. Domestic & international shipping
- Domestic: we ship to all US states not listed above.
- International: we currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
- Customs & duties: for Canadian orders, the customer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred at the border. We can't predict or control these charges.
5. Lost or damaged packages
We take care in packaging our prints to survive the journey, but we understand that accidents happen during transit.
- Reporting window: if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- What we need: clear photos of both the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
- Resolution: once verified, we'll issue a full refund or a one-time replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Incorrect addresses
We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
