Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards and restrictions for projects submitted to Eric's 3D Services. We reserve the right to refuse any project, at our sole discretion, that we believe violates the law, safety standards, or our company values.

Note: If an order is submitted that violates this policy, it will be cancelled immediately. If production has already begun, the customer may be held liable for material costs incurred.

Prohibited Manufacturing

We strictly prohibit the use of our services for the production of the following items:

Restricted Content (Case-by-Case)

Sexually Explicit Content: We generally do not print sexually explicit material. However, we may consider requests for anatomical models, classical art reproductions, or educational tools on a case-by-case basis, provided they do not violate local obscenity laws.

Right to Refuse

Eric's 3D Services remains the final arbiter of what is acceptable for our machines. If a design appears to be "borderline" or unsafe for our specific equipment (e.g., designs that may cause machine damage or release toxic fumes), we will cancel the order and provide a full refund if production has not yet started.

Reporting & Legal Compliance

If we receive a request to print items that we believe suggest an immediate threat to public safety or a violation of federal law (specifically regarding illegal firearms), we reserve the right to report such requests to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
