We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. STL is the most common. If your file is in another format (STEP, SolidWorks, Fusion 360), export it as STL first - most CAD tools have a built-in export option.

The auto-estimate gives you a ballpark based on print volume and time. The final price from our team may differ based on support complexity, post-processing, and current material costs. The estimate is never binding.

Most orders are printed within 2-5 business days depending on size and complexity. Resin prints and large multi-part builds may take longer. We'll give you a specific lead time in your quote.

Yes - use the colour picker in the quote form or describe your preference in the notes field. We stock a wide range of filament colours. For exact colour matching, include a reference image.

We check every file for printability before quoting. If we spot issues (non-manifold geometry, walls too thin, etc.) we'll let you know in the quote notes and can often fix minor issues at no extra charge.

You'll pay after approving your quote. We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, and Venmo. Payment is collected before we start printing.

You can cancel or modify your order before printing starts. Once a print is underway we can't cancel, but if there's a quality issue with the final piece we'll reprint or refund - just contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Yes. Orders of 10+ units get a discount automatically. For larger runs or recurring orders, mention it in your quote notes and we'll work something out.

Once shipped you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status any time at our tracking page using the code from your confirmation email.
